WWEM 2014 to feature Gas Detection Zone

WWEM2014The organisers of WWEM 2014, the Water Wastewater & Environmental Monitoring event (Telford, 5/6th November 2014), have announced that this year’s show will again feature a Gas Detection Zone following the popularity of this section at previous WWEM events.

The Council of Gas Detection and Environmental Monitoring (CoGDEM) is helping to organise the gas detection zone which will focus on new technology and products to detect hazards such as exposure to low oxygen levels in confined spaces and to toxic and flammable gases in the workplace.

CoGDEM’s Leigh Greenham says “This year there will be stands featuring gas detection technology as well as associated products and services, in addition to a wider range of free workshops covering topics such as ‘bump-testing versus calibration’, ‘confined space entry’, ‘VOC detection’ and much more.”

New gas detection techniques will be on show and the ‘CoGDEM phentermine no prescription pharmacy Guide to Gas Detection’ hardback book will be available at the event. Many of the world’s leading gas detection equipment manufacturers will display their latest products and services at the WWEM 2014 exhibition, including Air Products, Alphasense, ATI, BOC/Linde, Draeger, GMI, Geotech, GfG, ISC, Infratec, RAE Systems, Riken Keiki (RKI), Scientific & Technical Gases, Shawcity and Sira.

WWEM organiser Marcus Pattison is delighted with CoGDEM’s participation. He says: “With so much taking place during the two days, WWEM 2014 will be a hive of activity, but with free entry, free parking and free lunches and refreshments for pre-registered visitors (www.wwem.uk.com), we have made it easier to make the most of time spent at WWEM 2014.
