Uvex achieves Highly Commended accolade for its xact-fit earplug at BSIF Safety Awards

uvex has been awarded Highly Commended in the Product Innovation category of the prestigious British Safety Industry Federation (BSIF) Safety Awards 2013 for its xact-fit earplug.

The highly-coveted award, which recognises excellence within the safety industry and is given to innovative products that will contribute to improvements in occupational health and safety, was presented to uvex at this year’s Safety & Health Expo at the NEC, Birmingham.

The uvex xact-fit is an innovative concept in hearing protection that makes ear plugs an individual fit, similar to that of left- and right-handed gloves. Both the ergonomically designed stems and the oval foam pods of the xact-fit mimic the shape and contours of the ear canal, reducing pressure in the canal and making the fitting of the xact-fit hygienic, convenient and easy.

The uvex xact-fit is suitable for noise environments below 100 decibels, or for individuals exposed to intermittent noise, or moving in and out of noise buy phentermine in india areas.
