Screen Shot 2014-05-14 at 20.48.30Scott Safety, a global leader in the design, manufacture and supply of personal and respiratory protective equipment, will reveal its smart and innovative product solutions at this years Safety and Health Expo (ExCel London, 17th-19th June 2014, Stand Q2250).

Proflow 3EX:
New to this year’s stand, the Proflow 3 EX is the latest addition to the Scott Safety Air Purifying portfolio. The only continuous powered air unit in the market to provide AX gas respiratory protection, the Proflow 3EX uses an optimised flow rate and highly functional filter configuration to enable the efficient capture of AX gases. The use of the three filters equates to 3 times the average flow of a single APR canister used in an equivalent negative pressure situation, hence it lowers the respiratory breathing burden (or work of breathing) and provides increased comfort. Its explosion-proof features also bring unprecedented access to a variety of AX respiratory markets.

Adjustable ProPak:
Adding to its respiratory protection range, Scott Safety will be launching a brand new range of Self Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) that will provide the ultimate comfort, reliability and performance for those working in the emergency firefighting, marine and industrial sectors. The new ProPak SCBA range is a lightweight set that incorporates the proven technology found in Scott Safety’s trusted SCBA products; offering the highest levels of protection whilst providing the wearer with ease of movement and comfort.

Scott Safety will also be launching the recently developed 379bar high pressure cylinder. At 25% higher pressures than the current 300bar SCBA, the new cylinder offers a reduced profile or increased duration with options of up to 75 minutes.

Meridian gas detector:
Also on the stand will be the new Meridian Fixed Gas Detector – the next order phentermine reviews generation gas detection platform. The first truly universal gas detector, Meridian is designed to support a full range of toxic and combustible sensors.

FH4 Welding Headtop:
CE certified to EN12941 TH2, EN166 and EN175, Scott Safety’s new compact designed FH4 flip up welding headtop provides advanced protection for a wide variety of welding applications. The re-designed head cradle is pivot-able so that the user can quickly ‘flip up’ and lock the visor in the upright position and then be easily pulled down in one simple movement. Available with a choice of Auto Darkening Filters (ADFs), the FH4 also allows the wearer to set their shade parameter preferences according to their individual needs.

New helmet ratchet:
Scott Safety’s helmet head harness combinations are widely regarded as some of the most

balanced and stable available and the new Safety Helmet ratchet headgear on display has been purpose designed with comfort, practicality and ease of use in mind. With its push and turn operation ensuring that loss of tension cannot occur, the new ratchet can also be easily adjusted with one hand. All day comfort has also been improved through the addition of a foam comfort pad, enabling the ratchet to be tightened securely without over clamping the head.

Goggles:
Scott Safety will be introducing a new and revitalised goggle range – the first stage in a total revamp of its eye protection portfolio.  With stylish aesthetics, impact, chemical splash, UV and Infra-Red protection solutions, the range has been simplified to improve correct selection with a unique colour coding system by application and material.
